  • The rules will comply with the terms and conditions set out by AGLC and will be posted on the raffle webpage.
  • Tickets for the Waypoints Summer 50/50 will be sold using electronic raffle system supplied by Ascend Fundraising Solutions.
  • Tickets for the Waypoints Summer 50/50 can be purchased online at the website waypoints5050.ca with a credit card only purchase.
  • Purchaser must be 18 years or older to play. Purchaser must be within the province of Alberta when purchasing a ticket.
  • There are no restrictions on charity members, or their families for ticket purchases.
  • The prize will be 50% of ticket sales for the Waypoints Summer 50/50, up to a total of $150,000 with a guaranteed minimum prize of 20% of the total value which is $30,000.
  • Tickets will be on sale beginning Monday, July 12th, 2021 at 8am and close on Friday, July 16th, 2021 at 11pm or when ticket sales reach a capped limit of $150,000.
  • Tickets will be available as follows: 1 for $10 – 100 Tickets available; 50 for $25 – 88,000 tickets available; 250 for $50 – 525,000 tickets available. Total tickets available is 623,000.
  • The winning ticket number will be selected by a Random Number Generation (RNG) system from all raffle numbers sold for the draw, at 11:30PM July 16th, 2021.
  • Due to current Covid 19 Restrictions, the draw will be done virtually via Zoom and the draw will be broadcasted live on our Facebook page at www.facebook.com/waypointswb at 11:30pm pm on July 16th, 2021.
  • Two of Waypoints executive members and one member of the public who is not part of the licensed group will be in attendance on the Zoom call to witness the draw.
  • The winning ticket number will be posted on the social media sites immediately following the draw and on the waypoints5050.com website the following morning.
  • Prizes must be accepted as awarded. Waypoints will attempt to contact the prize winner starting July 17th, 2021 via the telephone number and/or email provided at the time of purchase. All prize winners have until July 26th, 2021 to claim their prize.
  • If prize is not claimed by 12 noon on July 26th, 2021, the winning ticket number becomes void and Waypoints Community Services Association would apply to AGLC to have the unclaimed prize donated back to the group.
  • The winning ticket must be presented in order to claim prize and a winner contact information form will be completed at the time the winning ticket is presented.
  • The winner must provide their name, address and phone number with picture identification. If the winner cannot provide photo ID, then the winning proceeds will be held until such identification can be provided.
  • The certified winner will receive a bank draft in the amount of the declared prize.
  • The prize winner will pick up their winnings at Waypoints Community Services Association office at 120 Prospect Drive, Fort McMurray, AB, T9K 2Z5 or if the winner is located outside of Fort McMurray, alternate arrangements can be made (i.e. sent to winner by registered mail).
  • There will be no refunds on any ticket sales.
